Elevating the airport lounge experience
DAA – REIMAGINING DUBLIN AIRPORT TRAVEL SERVICES
Business travellers increasingly expect elevated pre-flight experiences, from dedicated security lanes and concierge services to four star dining, intimate workspaces and wellness amenities. However, that expectation is often poorly served by global lounge operators.
Armed with this insight, DAA asked us to completely re-imagine their Airport Club and Lounge offering into a more elevated experience that lives up to the expectations of business passengers. The end result is a brand world and environment that feels uniquely Irish, exclusive, yet very welcoming.
The results speak for themselves – in the first three months, new membership was up +12.2%, order value per customer increased +170%, and retention rates were up +20.9%.
